I guess if you were looking for a straight-up answer... I had to have a physical when I joined a navy-oriented school. Basically some chick looks at/fondles your balls whilst you cough, makes you look at things that makes your eyes go funny whilst reading out numbers then tells you you've passed! Nothing to it.

yeah, thats pretty accurate...though never had a anal or rectal exam...did have to get a suppository once, that was awkward. I've been getting them for as long as I can remember. I know my high school (private boarding school) requires it.
