I'm almost 16, and I'm gonna be a junior in 8 days.
In 8th grade, I started cutting on my arm. I attempted suicide towards the end of the school year, and ever since then I've been seeing a therapist.
I still cut, I just do it on my thighs. Usually once a week. I've gone a few months without cutting, but lately I've been cutting everyday for the past month. Both of my thighs are covered in scars and cuts that I won't let heal. Some I'm pretty sure need stitches, but whatever.

I have two questions:
1. -Asking where to cut removed-
and 2. Should I be taking any extra vitamins? I figure with all the blood loss, I should be taking certain supplements. If anyone knows exactly which vitamin I should take, that'd be great.

Thanks!

We are not allowed to discuss methods of self-harming, this thread will remain open for the second question.

Although we cannot discuss where to cut, I urge you to seek to stop self-harming and use this lack of places as motivation to stop, instead of looking for new places.

I agree with Declan on this, you should use the lack of places to cut to help you stop. Also as Amy said, I don't think you will need vitamins, or anything else. I wish you all the best, and feel free to pm anytime.

We cannot tell you where to cut, or help you cut in any way, thus has been made clear. More vitamins could always help anyone, but make sure you don't take more then the recommended dosage or else you could do some damage to yourself. Talk to your doctor about perhaps a recommended multivitamen. The Teen Advantage Multivitamens are pretty good, though I'm not sure if they are sold where you are.

Please try to stop cutting. I'm here to talk if you need me.

With the blood loss you're loosing iron, and if it's too bad you can become anemic
Being said, it's usually a bad idea to cut on your period.. already loosing blood so the compounding just gets bad

you have a therapest you said? why aren't you talking to em about it?
