the first picture looks a bit posed. you also might want to get rid of the sepia, and twinge it with a vintage wash.

as for the razors, you might want to do a bit of editing, and try different angles. maybe mix up some fake blood, and get a surface where it wont soak into. if you want an example: http://creatyves.deviantart.com/art/redical-solution-5073871

And hun, you should never hurt yourself for the sake of art.

Oh it was just from running into my door I was playing with the puppy and I cut my nose and I thought of the picture in my head and I made from a nose bleed and a cut nose
