17 Year Old Shoots 5 Year Old in head.

5 year old Raven Wyatt was caught in the crossfire of two teenagers fighting in downtown Baltimore. 17 year old Lamont Davis was arguing with another teen on the streets of baltimore when he started fireing. WBAL TV I-Team investigations show that Davis was on house arrest after multiple crimes and the GPS monitering equipment was malfunctioning. Currently 5 year old Raven is in serious but stable condition. Davis' lawyer has released city crime survalence video of the shooting and states that the shooter in the video was not wearing any GPS monitering equipent at the time of the shooting which was 4:02 PM. GPS records show that Davis was were he was suppose to be at the time of the shooting but cannot be verified because the manufacture of the GPS equipent is located in Mountan timezone which is two hours behind Eastern timezone and brings the investigation of this shooting further.here is some of the story. Just another example of the gun culture in America: a shooting in broad daylight. Children should be able to play outside at 4 in the afternoon without fear of being shot. What's this country coming to?

the only reason her and most of the people near the shooting didn't react to the gunfire was because the people in baltimore city are used to the gunfire.
