Personally, I type on a standard USA keyboard, but I have it set to USA international formatting so I can easily type foreign characters. So, this is mainly targeted to people outside the typical English keyboard.

I use the UK standard qwerty keyboard.
I have assigned special characters shortcuts in Word so if I need to write in my second language, I can.

Intl. USA.

Because

1) I have an American format keyboard
2) I hate the French Canadian format

I own a standard US keyboard.

Just an interesting fact: The set-up of the letters used to be in alphabetical order on typewriters until the 1860's, when they would jam because people would type too fast. The standard QWERTY set-up was meant to slow them down so the letters wouldn't get stuck. Luckily, modern keyboards can't get stuck. I know it would be hard to get used to, but I think if keyboards were in alphabetical order, we would be able to type faster.

Wonder.

I use qwerty most of the time, though I use Dvorak sometimes because it's so optimized and awesome. Really hard to make the change, but it'll be worth it since it's made for typing, not making sure the keys don't get stuck. ;)

:yeah:Thats awesome, thanks for the history lesson. Imuch appreciate

I use Spanish keyboard. YES. I can put the "ñ" or "Ñ" and most of you don´t :P also is easier to put the vocals with accents "´". But the codes for them are easy also so the US/UK keyboards work well too.
The portuguese kb is cool becasue it comes with that fancy C "ç" they have.
I have always asked myself how the korean, chinese and japanes keyboards look like??

What is that??? the only spanish characters there are the vocals with tilde:
á é í ó ú and the "Eñe" Ñ. / å , ö , ä, ø are Scandinavian I think. ß is german. The other ones no idea where they come from :D
