It's probably in an obvious spot, but where can you CREATE a group.

I think there's a postcount prerequisite, because it's right there under the "groups you're in". if it's not there you probably havn't hit the posts (i thought it was 100, but maybe it's 500?)

So go to the social group mainpage and then go to the bottom and you have this
