To start off, not to sounds cocky just being honest, but im not your average 16 year old. I can bench 250, deadlift 400, and low row over 600lbs. Im about 10% bodyfat wil clearley visible abs.
I spend about 2 hours in the gym and know Tons of information. ask me anything relating to supplements or workout routines or eating or just how to build muscle.
