Depends on who's house I'm at. At my dad's I just stand under and turn it on, but at my mom's, I turn it on, check the heat, and then walk in.

Nether mine moves so I just set tap water and flick the switch hey presto nice warm water... unless some bogger turns another tap on then I get ice. ;)
