Last weekend I kissed one of my best mates (female) and we have always been quite close and talked about most stuff but now everything is suddenly reallly awkward between us and were not talking at all + she has a boyfriend who suspects somethings gone on between us and he started sending texts from her phone saying how he loves me pretending to be her so hes trying to get a reaction but i dont know what to do. :/

Maybe you shouldn't have kissed her if you knew she had a bf. My ex gf was going behind my back with her ex and now current gf so i understand what her bf is doing. So if I where you I would appologize and then maybe it will stop.

The longer you leave it the more awkward it will get, clear things up with her, explain why you acted, that you don't want anything to change between her as you are good friends.

As with her boyfriend I would advise you to stay out of that, he does have a right to know but that is a matter between him and her.

I would talk to her about it, break the ice, and maybe tell her bf about it. MAYBE.

I'd say speak to her, otherwise it will be awkward until you do, or maybe when/if she does. Being good friends she will also be feeling the awkwardness and probably not like it as well, so the sooner the better.

it was one measily kiss, if shes your best mate then just get over it an spend time with her but only as a friend, at least until her relationship breaks up
