Growing pains are hard to describe.
But technically after using your muscles rigorously they can cause pain in the legs/joints where they are located. Usually the pain is associated with rapid growth, but that's not always the case as I still get them and I'm 18.

omg theyre horrible i still get them and im 18, they hurt soo bad. i dont even know y i still get them
