Do you need to use shaving cream when shaving your face? Is there a big difference if you do or don't.
The first time i shaved it was with a electric razor and I don't like it so i use a manual razor. People say you need shaving cream for a manual razor so it doesn't cut you up. Before i start to shave i want to know.

Its highly advised that you use shaving cream with a manual razor. The shaving cream helps the blade glide over your skin without slippy or getting caught on something and cutting you. Without shaving cream its more like your scrapping a blade across your face rather than shaving effortlessly

Electric razors are a lot easier to use, but if you do use an actual razor, then I do suggest that you use shaving cream in order to prevent yourself from getting cut.

I would advise using shaving cream or gel because you will look like you've just been mauled by a vicious beast if you don't. Some shaving cream and gel can actually help raise the hairs to get a cleaner shave. I would also advise using an after shave so you don't get razor burn and to condition your skin.
