I slept round my 9yr cousin yesterday and when we were getting changed I saw his penis .His penis is 1 inch long and his testicles are like a babies.He has lots of leg and arm hair.When I was his age mine was 2 inch long and I was getting erections. Why is his so small?

it doesnt matter how big" anyones is. Dont worry about it because everyone changes at different times and in different ways.

his probly just not at that stage yet .. eveyrone grows differently so it just a matter of time when it starts growing

Everyone starts puberty at a different time. He just probably hasn't started yet, as that is very young to start developing.

He is only nine... and some people just have smaller penises than others. and to add, he has probally not started puberty yet

Keep in mind that flaccid penis size changes a lot. Sometimes it can fully hang out and sometimes only a small part can be visible.

His is "small" because he hasn't started puberty yet. He might just be a late bloomer.

Well, remember that everyone is different so bodies too. Perhaps he hasn't started puberty or he's gonna develop his "parts" later. Time, is just what we need for our changes, a lot of time.

Yeah dude, he might not have started yet. Everyone starts at different times and different rates. Besides, its not like hes your twin or your younger brother. Hes your cousin dude.....aka he has a totally different set of genes. His penis isnt going to be just like yours because your mom/dad is a sibling to his dad/mom or w/e.

Actually the average "start" age for puberty in boys is like 11-13. Why would he be late if hes only 9 and therefore would be early if he had started? Even in girls puberty doesnt start until like 10-11 so he would still be early.

my god, most people dont start until they are 12-13. Late bloomers are like 15.

there is nothing wrong with him at all. 99% of kids his age are exactly like that

Size before and during puberty is completely irrelevant to the size they will have afterwards. Seeing as he's 9 it's most likely he hasn't started puberty, and he will grow then.

He's 9. Most guys start around 11, so he is not a late bloomer.

Anyways, he probably hasn't started puberty, and because of that, probably doesn't care at all!

As the others have said, he's 9. It'll grow during puberty, in the next few years.
