There are no risks with anal masturbation so long as you do it right. Do it wrong and you can tear tissues which can be extremely painful and you will serious medical help. That can happen if sharp objects are put up that break the tissue.

You must be extremely careful while anally masturbating. Make sure you're doing it right. Lubricate lots first, this will make sure it won't hurt as much.
