OK, when the profile page for my profile isn't fully loaded, on the page, it says "K.I.T.N. has very much to be proud of".

Explanation?

It's the same thing that shows up when you hover your mouse over your rep ;) idk why it does it...just does lol

exactly as dec said. there are different "comments" that show when you hover over your rep depending on how much rep you have. this is what you are seeing.

I guess it's an alt code that hasn't defined as that yet therefore appears as plain text. It's pretty normal.
