well when you first start masturbating you usally dont ejaculate especcially if your young when you first do it.So yes it is normal.

What you're referring to is a dry orgasm. These are completely normal and usually occur when the participant isn't developed enough to ejaculate therefore only orgasms. I guess there are other reasons they can occur, but that would be the main one. So yes, it is normal.

Also if you have had multiple ejaculations within a day it is possible to have a relatively dry orgasm especially if you have only recently begun ejaculating, most likely its nothing to worry about.

It is normal if you are not developed. But since you said you can ejaculate i guess its normal too.

Well, those guys above are right. I can only add, that it can also be when you masturbate very often. But even if this happens, orgasms become 'wet' again after a few days.

It is possible for you to have an orgasm and not ejaculate and vice versa. There is nothing abnormal about it.
