you need to host your pictures on a website like:

www.filelodge.com or search for others like photo bucket then put i in image tags image url here

seriouse ly its not that hard,

ok find the image u want to host off the internet, u cant upload...one u have the web site the image is hosted on do this

Or, try using VirtualTeen's actual Album (clicky) (http://virtualteen.org/forum/album.php). I'm pretty sure it will allow you to upload your pictures to our server.

Go there, register. All you have to do is upload a pic, and copy and paste either the IMG, Tag, or URL.

the IMG one is the easiest because it gives you the code already.
