Hi, it's been awhile. Cause things were doing pretty well. whatever.

Anyways. I don't want to slip back, but a good half of my mind wants to. Obviouslly i'v eput on weight.. at the doctors i was 180.. it's beennn... two weeks. and i've lost ten pounds. The doctor told me to only loose ten pounds. but i'm FREAKING OUT because it's still fat.
my bmi is still over 25...

i want to loose 20/30 more. but a t the same time i'm terrified that i'm gonna take it too far. at the same time i'm afraid that if i get where i want to be i'll start having problems again. hell yesterday i passed out twice (i also hadn't eaten yet.. meh)

i'm not really hungery. yeah right now i'm stil l eating, but.. grrr.

Awh

You should be proud of coming this far, it'll make you feel better about being "fat" - which you so are NOT!

I think you should get back to slowly increasing the amount that you eat (I'm always here to talk slash rant to). I don't mind helping you along, in fact, come to me more often and we'll keep a record of your progress - again, this'll help you feel better.

Once we've had you eating at least three meals a day for a consecutive fifteen or so days, we'll look at what types of food you are eating and then try to get it more balanced.

And then when you're used to that, you should work on increasing the portion size and/or amount of meals per day.

You're smart enough to know that once we get you into a regular "normal" eating routine, it'll be shortly after that your body will adjust and then slowly lose weight naturally.

You're still an active nutter, right? Well, don't overwork your body, being active is great in moderation (like all kindsa foods). You should chart your ecercise too, including mild walks and anything that's just an everyday thing.

Obviously, we'll be doing all of this privately - but hey, maybe you could keep a thread going - for inspiration to others? (Yes, I know you won't :P)

Oh, and one last thing, maybe you could do another record of how often you're feeling hungry? Usually, if your eating patterns aren't great, you will become used to the hunger and then not recognise it. Which is why you should try to eat within an hour of waking up, then every 3 to 4 hours after that, with a clear hour of not eating before sleep (even when you "don't" feel hungry). Again, your body should register this and you'll become more aware of your hunger - and then get back to eating when you're hungry.

**All of these could work for anyone if they'd like to do it alone, and keep it personal. Recording your progress in every way possible will help you feel proud when you're tempted to give in to unhealthy habits**

haha. Well maybe in one of my diares.
yes. i'm far too active still. :P Just today i walked/ran (i can't jog for some reason. so it alternates between the two) almost four miles (*avoids explaining how i know the distance*)
thankyou laura hun. Logically it makes sense that i'm not *that* big... consitering some of the weights i lift (i've had some of the BIG guys staring at the weight on what i was doing...in shock. that a girl could do tht)

ha. your probably right bout the when you start eating more properly youll feel huger wne ur suposed to..
right now i'm forceing myself to eat.. and the whole restriction thing is definatly starting to kick in. i'm not eating red meat, and suddenly i'm not eating cheese (oddly.. that used to be the o nly way i got any nutrition for months)
