[I am very unsure as to where this goes. Please move as needed.]

I'm overweight, and I live in a place where it would be pretty difficult to get excersize and all that jazz.

I'm lazy, and I abuse food. I eat whenever I'm pissed, sad, or, you know, whatever.

And I find it DISGUSTING.

Eugh. I don't even want to go into detail about how much I disgust myself.

I'm 5"4, and about 180 pounds [I'm a female, ahur.]

My doctor does not help for shit. "OKAI SO HERRE WE GOEZ. U EAT ONE PIECE OF BRED PER DAY. U NOM LOTZ OF VEGETABLEZ AND FRUITZ AND STUFF OKAI." PFFFFFHAHAHA. Yeah, right. THAT'S GOING TO HAPPEN SIR.

My parents will support me on it for a few days, and then they go back to not giving a damn anymore. Fuck them.

This has been going on since fourth grade, and I'm tired of losing ten pounds and gaining fucking twenty.

Ugh.

Help me, I beg of you.

FML. Srsly.

Compulsive Overeating
People suffering with Compulsive Overeating have what is characterized as an "addiction" to food, using food and eating as a way to hide from their emotions, to fill a void they feel inside, and to cope with daily stresses and problems in their lives.

Do you know why you eat so much? If there's anything that trigers it?

Actually, probably.

I've been depressed. Tons.

Just about life in general. I have friends, but they aren't reliable friends. They're just people that I talk to every now and then.

I live in a shithole, my parents are fucking terrible, I was put in a foster home for about 2 years of my life.

Blah blah blah, etc.

:/

So you don't cope well i take it. You somewhere stable(ish) now? Because you probaby need to talk to *someone* about it. even if its not a profesional. But yeh. Most doctors arne't going to be much help. most don't understand an eating disorder when it's stairng them in the face.

Ya talk to someone, but if you can help it, at least eat healthy food. if you feel like eating, consider what it is you're eating. if its biodegradable, go for it. if its not, look for something that is.
I don't have an eating disorder, so i don't know how it feels, but try that. before you dismiss it as too difficult.

bidegradable? Dude, what the fuck?
He's on the right track though. Obviouslly it's going to be hard to just stop binging, but is there any way you might be able to shift what your'e bingeing ON while you try to work with the why?

While "u nom fruiz an vegstables" sounds like something a two year old would say, it's actually not the worst advice. They do have fewer calories than sweets.
(personally, i'm recomending blueberries :) they're suprisingly sweet)

You shouldn't be mad at your doctor or family... They aren't the reason you're 180lbs. I'm not trying to be mean.. but it's not their fault..

Like quitting any drug, when you stop eating sugar you get intense cravings but after a few days the cravings become easier to control. It’s all a matter of willpower and no one can help you with that.
I went through a similar thing for years; diet for 2-3 days until I would binge and gain even more weight. I know how frustrating it is and how things seem hopeless! You just gotta ask yourself how much you want it and think about how happy you’ll be if you stick with it.

If you want I can give you the diet I’ve followed since… December, I think. I’ve lost like 30lbs :D

i suggest you to reduce in your diet carbohydrates.(avoid bread pasta rice)

Try to eat more proteins , they are better than carbohydrates to avoid the feeling of hungry.besides Eat vegetables and fruits!
moreover, drink a lot of water avoid sprite, pepsi, etc

The doctors really correct you know. The best way to get healthy or lose weight is a healthy diet of fruits, veggies, pasta and breads with only the occasional meat.

You need to find help in coping with your feelings first, otherwise this will keep going on.

Like any other eating disorder, it needs to be taken seriously & perhaps a referral to someone who specializes in ED's & nutrition(maybe even a counselor or psychologist) can help you?
