Mrs.S said that even though my grades are bad, I was a 'higher level iintelligence grade 8 student and I could probably be doing grade 9 course work at the moment' and that no one would make me redo grade 8. That's normal with anxiety. It comes down to 'fight, flight or freeze'. It's what people do in these situations. If they wish to fight, their body tells them they've in a vulnerable situation where they need to fight, because there's perceived danger/fear. That will cause the blood to go to the muscles, taking the blood away from the digestive system/stomach, making you feel sick.

With 'flight', your body is getting ready to 'fly', leave, run away. Your body will know this, and you'll need to make yourself lighter to run away faster. It goes back to the caveman days. From this, making yourself lighter, you'll need to go to the toilet fairly often, you'll feel physically sick and may vomit.

I'm going to be writing a thread soon with regards to anxiety and how to manage your symptoms, thoughts and feelings better. Helping thinking patterns/habits, how to get rid of the unhelpful thinking habits, realistic scenarios, how anxiety will climax then dissapear in a time period and perception of fear. I think and hope it'll help some people.

Acer Aspire 5920G, Vista Home, just hangs on startup, never gets as far as the login screen

K, try Acer Factory restore. as soon as it starts up, hold f8 and it should come to either a blackscreen or an acer program screen. Follow the instructions and set it to full factory restore and it should reset the laptop, no disk required.

If that fails, Its the hard drive that's gone and will more than likely need to be repaired by acer if its still under a warranty. Tis what happened to mine, but hopefully its just one of those annoying glitches.

Edit: If the first one fails, try restarting and holding ALT+F10, Thats an alternate way of doing the first one.

Fact: I just had three days of pure fucking hell.. Dale spent both days here, we fought the whole time, he stormed off in Walmart and my parents made me go look for him. He made me cry in front of EVERYONE there. A guy told an employee that he thought Dale was abusive to me. I had a panic attack. My mom has been shoving accusations down my throat. I can't do this anymore. I'm losing all my reason to even be here.. I haven't talked to Rikki all weekend.. I miss you.. I love you..
