Fact: I have four days. Four days to put panic disorder aside, put a phobia aside and attempt to get back to living a normal life. Fear, yup, it's there and beyond. I mean, who would want to put themself into situation/s daily where you fight extreme bouts of anxiety like this? I don't. I have to though, and I will. I want a better life for myself, this is the only way. I tackle these problems for so long, they eventually don't become a fear.
Fact: This is the first step for me getting my life back, and then us having a life together. This is going to be the first proper step of my rebuild. I'm excited, yet I can't face the thought of making that call to return.

Fact: I posted a while ago that I'm treating my life right now, as though I'm preparing for a war. I'm continuing to do this. I'll confront panic disorder, anxiety and a phobia now on a daily basis. I'm going to do what I really should have done a long time ago. I'm going back to my job, I'm going to visit them tonight and see what the possibilities are.
Fact: I'm done with self pity, the past is the past. Life is about now, and the future, not what's happened.
Fact: I'll go through with this every single day, as time goes on, it'll get easier and this eventually will not be a fear. I will overcome the panic/anxiety problems once and for all, I don't know when, but I will. It won't be easy, but quitting isn't an option at any time.
Fact: I will no longer bury my head in the sand, I will push myself to the point of serious anxiety. There's no other way to overcome.
Fact: I will get everything I want, and everything that I've ever desired, because I'm going to work for it. I'll work fucking hard, too.
Fact: This is for myself, my own personal development, my own pride, everything. I owe it to myself. However, this is also for you. I'm not only working to improve myself, my quality of life and to overcome, I'm working for our life together too. This is the first major step. No doubt, it will happen. I love you, Eryka Nolan. Fact: In little under an hour, I'm excited to meet with my colleagues again after 7 months, but I'm glad. I'm not only glad, but I'm extremely scared. A lot of emotion right now to say the least.

Sam, sometimes (easier said than done), it's essential to focus on what you do have rather than what you don't. Yeah, desire something and aim for it, get it too. Don't have doubt, believe in yourself. Everybody who's ever achieved anything has doubted themselves at least at one moment in time, but we get through it. You'll get through any of the problems you have, and you'll dominate those demons in ways you didn't know how.

You're a great guy, I've always got love for you, man. Like my sig says, like a brother. You're strong, something inside of you burns really bright, that's your genuine care for other people. Their happiness, their well-being, everything. It's a fantastic trait and a rare trait to possess.

I can tell you desire love, you want to be cared for and enjoy something with somebody that will resemble a strong burning fire, something so intense that you cannot describe what you feel or sometimes even show it. You'll get that. Any girl that would even think of turning you down has lost out biggggg time. One girl will not make that poor mistake though, and it'll be unreal. Your friends that surround you, I bet it's not too clear right now, but I have no doubt that they have a lot of respect for you and they value you a great deal.
