Fact: I worked for about 5-6 hours in the garden today, I was there with serious intentions. I went in there with the mindset to fuck shit up.
Fact: I had a good time, it was a little sunny and I just listened to my ipod, so it's all good.
Fact: Off to the gym in about an hours time when I've finished my food and chilled in the shower. After I finish eating this, I'll have had 12 eggs today, heh. Back on the bulking diet.
Fact: I made a promise to myself that I'd fully respect my body and treat it better than I ever have. I'll stay consistent at the gym and I'll make sure I don't get into a deep depression again and miss meals all of the time.
Fact: I have a piece of paper that I keep here on my desk from a fortune cookie I had about a week ago. It says "your wisdom will find a way" - it will, I know it will. I remain faithful and hopeful. Things are going to keep changing, for the better.

Fact: I hope Chris is doing ok, by the sounds of it he's really struggling with a lot of things. I'm glad he's getting it checked out (the headaches/nosebleeds), they're symptoms of many things. Fact: I seem to casually go 2-3 months without seeing close friends. It's weird. They know I'm in a bad place and that I'm never myself for more than a few days. I really hope and I'm going to try my absolute best to stay at a constant mood level for as long as I can. Moodswings are hard to control, but I'll really do my best. I mean, I haven't had a negative effect on anybody or lashed out, but I've cut off.

Fact: I went ice skating today for gym class. Everyone got jealous of me, apparently. I tried teaching a 8th grader to skate because he had never been skating before in his life. I love being on the ice...<3
