Fact: I've been putting off scheduling an opticians appointment for literally weeks. I'm finding basic things very hard atm, I get tonnes of anxiety. I need to book a doctors appointment though.
Fact: I saw some of the film '7 pounds' earlier, which has Will Smith in it. I liked it, but I feel like I missed quite a bit. I'd like to see it again. The ending (which I already knew) was pretty sad.

Fact: I kind of ask myself if I'm developing bad habits with numbers, it's borderline OCD.

I wrote this in 'Ramblings of the wise' - a topic about God & creating the earth.


Without disrespecting peoples views and before anybody thinks about negging me, this is a debatable topic. Everybody has their own right to write what they want to write without fear of being 'judged' or anything along those lines - the internet is all about free speech. Here's my two cents.

Was the world created in six days? Personally, no, I don't think so. If you'd like to refer to a ficional book named the bible, then it may tell you otherwise. I don't believe in Christianity. Who knows, it's a hugely interesting topic of how the world was created, of course, something had to have happened. But no, I don't think it was created in six days.

God? He must be quite the property tycoonist, after all, he apparently has 'homes' all over the world. The big man upstairs, the man in the sky? The bible tells many stories, but whoever wrote it or contributed to it was probably having a laugh at the time. I personally don't believe in all of that. However, I'm showing no disrespect to anybody who does. I would say that religion is the retarded step child of philosophy, but I actually don't think that. I have beliefs in terms of Buddhism. I don't believe there is a 'god'.

Basically, I'm having a hard time with panic disorder and anxiety attacks, and I get called a bum by my sister because I'm not at work atm. I just had half an hour where I kinda beat myself up a bit, thinking that it was my fault. I didn't ask for this, and I'm trying to get better. It bothers me a lot that I have a good job yet I find that I cannot go to it right now. All in good time though... Once I got into Mrs. Kellers' office, she handed me a video-shot of yesterday.. a guy had pressed me against the wall in the hallway and started feeling me up (Like the cops do for a search) then every time I tried getting away from him, he'd either wrap his arms around me and stop walking (So i couldn't move.. I'm WAY lighter than him) or picked me up. The school pressed Sexual Harassment charges against him.. When Mrs. Keller asked if anything like that has happened before, I broke and told her about last year.. I ended up telling her about my 3 years of depression, anxiety, panic attacks, stress, and my teacher as well. I got sent over to my counselor and had to retell her everything that I told her yesterday, and the few bits I left out. Mrs. Keller called my teacher when I was leaving the office. When i got to my classroom, my teacher took me into the OBV. Room (Observation Room.. One way mirror into the classroom.) to talk to me. I explained that Mrs. Keller said if I ever need to talk to someone, I just have to raise my hand or walk out. Ms. Mims (My teacher) said it was okay. I told her EVERYTHING.. So now the school understands and things should be getting easier.
The guy that harassed me has a week of ISS, and 3 weeks-1 month of OSS/Suspension. And he's getting put on Escort.

Fact: I'm now just a fraction over 100kg (226lbs), and I'm lean too, leaner than before. I'm happy with that, if I lose size then I get down and depressed. Perhaps it's an obsession yes, or is obsession a word used by the lazy to describe the dedicated?
Fact: I love bodybuilding, the lifestyle, but I'm also a fan of the sport. The lifestyle is 24/7 which people don't realise. When they hear the word, they imagine a top level professional who looks like something out of Godzilla, on a stage in a pair of small trunks, oiled up who "eats steroids for breakfast". Not every 'bodybuilder' is like that, 95% of bodybuilders don't step on stage to compete in their lifetime. There's nothing like generalisation and a lack of education to help people judge others and make them look bad. Everybody starts somewhere, if you're trying to gain muscle and you endorse the lifestyle long term, then you are a bodybuilder. It's my biggest life passion.
Fact: Continuing from my last fact, when I'm in good shape it does great things for my morale/self confidence as opposed to it being lower.
