F: He know's now...made a fuss and went crazy, my mum said it was her fault. It's not..she was just ill. He's made her ill.. she has Bipolar.. it's hard to cope sometimes because i'm looking after her.. he just pushes and pushes her over the edge.. makes her crack..makes her physically sick and loses her mind.. when i was 4 she's was hospitalised under the 'Metal Health Act'. she's got bad...year 7, i was 11-12.. she was put on more pills.. nearly hospitalised again.. that's when i started self harm, 11/12 years old.. it's been what 2 and a bit years since i started? i still haven't really gotten out of the habit. Night after night...fights and arguements, i hear her tears and i know what she goes through. Last night.. it happened again, she got worse, dad pushed and pushed, she was stressed.. she just threw up on me. I don't blame her no, i love her, i wouldn't change her for the world. My mum is MY mum. She's all i have. I hugged her and said it'll be okay, she cried on my shoulder..
