I'm ok, I've just switched medications and I'm getting what could be side effects. Thank you for the kind words though, they mean a lot. When I mentioned confidence I was talking about confidence to approach situations, my self confidence/esteem isn't rock bottom. I don't like making out like I'm depressed, I'm ok :).

Wow, that must be quite serious. I'm not ill or anything, I just don't feel great. This is only my third day of the meds too. I've switched to something called amitriptyline which can also be used for PTSD I read. This is the third type of anti depressant medication I've been on, for anxiety mostly, and depression. I don't like admitting I'm depressed though, reality can be harsh, I prefer to think of myself as ok. I hope you're doing ok also man, I know it's tough, hang in there.

Fact: I've got what feels like heart burn. I've come off of medication that slowed down my heart rate (beta blockers). Ever since, doing a slight bit of exercise even though I'm in good shape, my heart feels like it's beating out of my chest. That could well to anxiety too though.
