My name is Rik, it's nice to meet you :) I guess I don't really have much if any information about myself on my profile.

Fact: I'm going to grow my hair again. I grew it to almost mid length before, but I'd like to grow it slightly longer. So we'll see how that pans out.
Fact: I rarely set an alarm clock. I just prefer for my body to wake up when it's ready to and has had enough sleep. Normally, I can do this most days, I'm grateful for the lifestyle that I lead in all honesty.
Fact: I pay what could be considered as a stupid amount of attention to detail when it comes to a lot of things, especially activities and things that I take a strong interest in. I have a regular (not writing frequently atm) diary on my computer that's been going since December 2007, an in-depth training diary going from March 2008 and now an eating log.
Fact: I've found that people who speak like shit really bother me. I struggle to understand how some people can be so stupid. By stupid, I mean how they don't pronounce basic words properly and fail to realise the difference between 'his' and 'he's' for example, or say 'uz' instead of 'us'. FUFUFUFU.
Fact: I take what I like and have a good passion for seriously. I don't like to half-ass things.
Fact: I was found that by being stingy and over the top with melting butter so I could brush it onto pitta breads, I cut down on a lot of diary.
