Fact: I have no idea what I want to do with my life. I should try to figure that out, I have good qualifications and a strong mindset, but I don't know where to begin or what to try. I just need to start eating again and working on the basic things like having the desire to get out of bed in the morning.
Fact: I had a real battle with anxiety yesterday, just to take a trip in somebodys car for 4-5 minutes. Normally I'd have thrown up beforehand, but I made absolutely sure that I didn't. I'm glad I didn't as well, I can't remember the last time I threw up due to anxiety. During my last year of school and then in college, I was sick a good 4-5 times a week due to anxiety quite often. Perhaps I have come along way, yet so far away.
Fact: New Years Eve was a lot of fun, it's odd to say goodbye to a decade and another year that went kind of quick in my eyes. I enjoyed chilling with mates, drinking a lot and watching some films. Saw 6 was actually so much better than I first thought it'd be.
Fact: I should probably go and get a first meal of the day in. I want my desire back.
Fact: This year I'm going to have it all, everything I've ever wanted. Surely I've been broken down enough, it's about time to rebuild.
