- I was going to leave VT, but didn't. I like it here, I've just been in a dark place where isolation has been frequent.

- It's my birthday in a few days, I'll be 19. That sounds damn old, ha. Just to be honest, I've been dreading it. I'll be making an effort though for my younger sister (6), she's always sweet enough to choose a cake for me (that she secretly wants) and writes me a real nice card. It kind of chokes me up to see that people care that much. I do love my family, what I have of it.

- I've been sleeping an average of about 11 hours per night, when I feel real down and that I don't want to think or occupy my mind with worry and depression anymore, I sleep. Last night I slept 14 hours. I'm still exhausted.

- I'm going on holiday in around 3 weeks. I'll be going to Egypt, staying at a 5* hotel, all inclusive food and will have 5 pools/a private beach. Should be unreal, although there's the anxiety to go along with it.

- I've become quite reclusive. I don't even have huge desires for that to change, but I know it needs to.

- I've been looking up some inspirational quotes on depression, fear, overcoming and so fourth. I'm going to write some that inspire and really make you think, in my third blog entry. So have a look :)

- Underneath all of these struggles I'm faced with, which are a damn lot right now, I'm looking on the bright side of life. Live, life, love.

- I'd love to meet somebody that would give me those feelings again. Somebody to get to know, share my time with, be there for and have fun with. At some point in time.

- This is always a hard time of year, and with anxiety, phobia problems and depression I've had a real tough year, particularly the last 7-8 months. I'm hoping 2010 will be different :)

- I've felt low before, but this is just as low as I've ever felt in my life. I don't like attention, I don't like giving out information, I'm reclusive even.
