I remember thinking that way. Having finished behaviour therapy (at the time), I was thinking I won't be in a relationship with anxiety problems this bad. That definitely won't be me, if only... Yeah, it happened, and it was one of the best feelings in the world :)

Fact: Bring on more anxiety tomorrow, talk about never getting a break. It's not the end of the world, but I need to get up early tomorrow. I should stop listening to energetic music, stop drinking tea and hit the sack.

Fact: I bought some snorkeling gear today for my holiday in a months time. I should be snorkeling every day and swimming amongst tonnes of fish and the odd hammerhead shark.
