I'm kind of worried that these little cuts are dangerous.
I don't know what they are. The look like scars or cuts or dry skin or cracks on the head of my penis.

I was wondering if there was something I could do about them. They hurt when I touch them and it sometimes is hard to masturbate.

Does anyone else have those? Is it Normal?

It is almost like you got an "indian burn" on your penis. When you were masterbating (prior to when you got such marks) you rubbed your penis so hard and created so much friction that the sensitive skin and tissue of the penis became irritated. The result was the small cuts/dry skin/irritation. Just dont touch it for a while, and you should heal in a short time.

Stop masturbating for a while and just take it easy for a few days if no improvment or if its geting worse youl have to see a docter

see a doctor

Can you offer more input please?

Perhaps telling him why you think he should see a doctor...

Point is, don't spam.

Thanks.

I thin kthat you should see if they heal in a couple weeks or begin to heal.

However, understand that with those cuts you are highly succeptible to diseases and infections. So be careful.

Hi Dayne. :)

Put some unscented handcream on your glans to heal it. A lot of telling what's happened here is down to whether you are sexually active or not or when/if you were circumcised. What's happened is you've stressed the surface too much which has led to some damage. As said above, if you put some handcream on they should heal after a while.

Think of it as a muffin, you can rub the top gently and it will flex under your finger. But if you rub hard it will break and crumb. This is the same.
