I have an okay lifestyle, health wise, and I am not overweight. I have a smaller body size than other people but I am 5'9. I am 15, and I really want to be stronger, and have tighter muscles. I am not done puberty, and someone told me that if you aren't done puberty and workout intesily, then it can tear you muscles. Can any one give me advice on how to gain larger muscles and to get abs? Also, I want to do it myself in my room and I do no have any weights or anything, so take that into play. Thanks!

you can tear your muscle at any age,but if u dont have weights u can always go to a fitness place or always do it old fashion such as running,push ups,crunches,etc.
