Also, it doesn't HAVE to be a device. I think you can stretch it back with your hands...I don't really care though. And it would be a lot of work.

Yes you're foreskin can be surgically re-attached, it won't technically be yours I think. But why would you want it restored. Cut, in my own opinion is much better, and girls seem to like it better too.
