Fear, is it real? What defines 'Fear'? Could it really be just a combination of other emotions? For example; Hate+Pain+Sadness=Fear
Is Fear a tangible, or a misconception? What's your opinion?

Fear is as real as it gets.
It has even been classed as one of the eight basic human emotions and is experienced by and recognised by people from every culture.

Of course fear is real. No one wants to be afraid of something, they just are. People are afraid of things because of over-exaggerations, like sharks or spiders.

I think fear is where a person is a afraid of the consequences of interacting with [xxxxxx]. It is its own emotion and is personal to whoever is experiencing it.

That's one aspect of fear. Of course there are genuinely scary events that occur and evoke the response of fear - i.e. being threatened with a gun.

What i meant was; Do YOU think fear is real? If there is nothing to fear but fear itself, what is 'Fear'?

The first question is simple enough: Yes, I do believe fear is real.

If fear is the only thing to be scared of then what is fear? That one is tricky.
In that scenario, fear could be something to hold you back - not doing things out of a fear of being scared.
Or it could be the single most liberating thing ever because we wouldn't be held back from doing things in case we were made to look stupid etc.
