There's nothing to worry about here. You don't get rid of all your semen when you ejaculate, so there's always a bit left. It will probably come out later once you've gone back to what you were doing and there'll be a little wet patch in your underwear but it's only small so it's not a problem.

If you do get this problem though, as Professor Calum says, most guys urinate afterwards to get rid of anything left. That's fine. It's really up to you whether you want to leave it or urinate it out to clear the area where it goes through.
