Mate, you are only 13, barely even a teenager...although today's society tries to get us to think otherwise, it is completely normal, even wiser not to have a girlfriend at such an age...there is really no rush to get a girlfriend.

Maybe you should try socialising more with the people at school etc. If you are always on the outside, it is possible that you are the cause, not them (like what has happened to me so many times).

I know it sucks, sitting around at home with no one to go out with and I know how it feels to sit around crying. But firstly, you need to pick up your confidence if yourself. If you are sitting alone, with no friends, no girlfriend, no one, it's not because everyone hates you. They don't.
Get to know some people. Girls will come. Stop thinking that you're worthless. Everyone is worth something.

Dude, I have been feeling the same way, "Ugh life sucks, no girls like me at all". Then I got the advice that it was just because of my shitty Junior High with no girls, I will be moving onto High School this year and I'm positive there is a girl for everyone. Just wait.

You are 13, you shouldnt be worried about a girlfriend, you are only just hitting puberty so your hormones/emotions will be all over the place.

Try to chill out a little, don't sit around feeling sorry for yourself that wont do you any good at all. Try to meet some new people, go out and join a club/team for something you enjoy, try something new.

You will meet new people and who knows maybe find a girlfriend in the process..but remember you should be going out to have fun, meet new people etc.

mate, family sometimes say the stupidest things. they take each member for granted. why your granddad says you're not welcome in his home is beyond me. he sounds like a miserable sod.

its also getting near school time, so everyone's busy with the final days of their summer holidays. mate, i once took an overdose of pills, lucky for me they turned out to be vitamins :). so apart from boosting my immunity system, i heard a commercial on the telly and it made me laugh and pulled me out from my depression. ever since, i've been noticing the little things in life and that's what makes living worthwhile. friends come and go mate but you can't. so start appreciating your life a little more and adjust your habits a little, it's what got you here in the first place. leave the telly and net and go out more often, take a walk around the neighbourhood and meet new folks, you'd be surprised to learn that people in general are a lot nicer than that dracula who calls himself 'granddad' :)

I feel like I am a piece of shit all the time! I get depressed easily, I have a very low self esteem, and sometimes I hate myself. BUT TRUST ME! YOU DO NOT NEED A GIRLFRIEND AT THIS AGE! TAKE IT FROM SOMEONE THAT JUST GOT OUT OF A RELATIONSHIP WITH A 13 YEAR OLD. All having a girlfriend will do is make your life harder. There is tons of stress involved in a relationship and honestly... It isn't healthy to have a relationship at this age. Yes, I realize that there are those people that find their love early on in life and they're all good and dandy, but lets face it Kid... You probably aren't one of those people. Hell, I KNOW I'm not one of those people. Don't worry about not having friends in Junior High... High School is MUCH larger than Junior High, and it really doesn't matter WHO you are. You WILL find friends in High School... You just have to get over it and actually talk to some people. TRUST ME AGAIN! IT'LL HELP!
