I don't consiter that so... Yes, she "had sex", but it's compleatly against her will. I think loosing your virginity is when you choose to have sex, not forced.
then we get into the "what kind of sex counts" debate, but i'll shut up

it depends on what type of sexual abuse it was. if she was raped then she would technically not be a virgin, but is she was just molested then she would still be a virgin.

Technically yes, but I don't think that she would consider so.

Technically, yes. But in my mind for someone not to be a virgin, it has to be of consent, so in my mind, no.

I agree pretty much with that, it would depend if any penetration was involved.

Well that's not really right. If you get raped at any age you're not a virgin anymore, your virginity has been taken away from you.

Yes, physically. That is not true for the mental part of virginity. Consent is a major factor of 'virginity'
For example: I lost my physical virginity at age four, but I was mentally still a virgin until I was 16.
Virginity is a perception of innocence. It is unfair to decide if someone lost their virginity by a certain act of sexual abuse. All that truly matters is the mental state of those who question.
