Being in a realationship puts certain pressures on couples - kissing, sex, etc.
If you find yourself in a situation that forces you together (you can't help kissing her for example) then it'll happen naturally and it won't feel forced, making it more special.
You can't make her go out with you officially, so just support her decision and be a good friend.
