Puberty For Boys :arrow2: VT General Hospital.
I don't have a lump under my nipple or breast, but it could be a variety of things, so a bit more detail would help.

Short answer: Yes it's normal. It's caused by the swelling of the breast tissue due to the rappid growth that happens during puberty.

Yeah. When I found it I thought I had breast cancer! lol.
But I found out it was tissue.

its hormones, it used to have that and something like 60% of boys get it in puberty, should go away in a month to 6.

I went to the doctor's about mine, they're 'nipple buds' that are there because your chest muscles are growing...
if it's painful or swells then obviously see your doctor, but if its harmless leave it and it'll be gone with out you noticing!
