(I do apologize if this has been asked before)

Is there a difference between "bi" and "bi-curious"?

Although I don't believe in it, I understand "straight-curious" concept. You primarily attracted to the opposite sex, but are 'curious' (if you will) about the same sex.

So what is "bi-curious". You like both sexes, and are curious about.....what?...animals? Holes in the watermelon?

If bi-curious means "curious for sexual experimentation" with either sex.....

Shouldn't it be "bi-HORNY"?

Bi people have a emotional and physical attraction to both men and women. Bi curious people are usually straight people exploring their sexuality

Congratulations, you've discovered that it makes no sense :P
No it really doesn't. There's bi-sexual, which means you are physically and emotionally attracted to both sexes, gay/lesbian, which means you are attracted to the same sex emotionally and physically, and straight, which means you are emotionally and physically attracted to the opposite sex, no one else. During puberty, the phrase "straight but curious" comes up a lot, and i find it works because every boy is curious at some stage during puberty, no matter what, so you can call yourself that. But bi-curious really, makes no sense to me. Its basically saying that you are bisexual, but you are curious about both sexes, which completely contradicts itself because saying you're bi-curious means you have decided you are bisexual which means that you have come to the conclusion that you are attracted, physically and emotionally, to both sexes. Not curious about them. Therefore, anyone that claims they are bi-curious, are pretty much straight but curious. Unless you're curious about being bisexual, which.... I don't bother to ramble on about because i dont feel like it.

Conclusion: Bi-curious doesn't make sense to me.

End of informal opinionated ramble.
