I really cant stop eating. I eat when i get home and at dinner and lunch.
I try to stop but i have a strong temptation to eat.

should i try not eating, or eat 3 meals a day?

i exercise enough to not be considered HUGE but im not skinny or normal either.

please help me, i need a diet that works.

Firstly when and what types of food are you eating, are you snacking throughout the whole day and not having 3 main meals.

woteva you eating.. not eating will not help.. AT ALL.. it will make you worse infact.. so just get that idea out of your head straight away:D

and instead of snackin through out the day - eat 3 suitable sized meals for you ever day to reduce you snackin amount..

Perhaps also try making the snacks more healthier, for example lower fat chips then try fruit bars or something instead of chocolate.
