"peroxwhy?gen" is the name of a musical group... but I susspect you knew that, and that this is just a half-baked marketing tactic.

Though... based on your other posts, this is a half-assed trolling.

I'm nearly 100% sure that there isn't a name of a medication that has a question mark in it. I'm also very sure my medical pharmacology book doesn't have peroxywhygen in it. I'm even more sure that Google is right when it shows it's a musical band.
