This is advice to whom thinks that they are depressed.. please take this seriously
Notice*i am here to help people.. not to debate.. this is not to debate on education because you disagree or personally attack me .. this is for people who want to seek answers and to do research based on if they think they are or not depressed im simply giving information from what I've learned from my depression and from being in sighted by people.. stories and therapy
Notice*im not saying you are depressed based from my list - that's is one self opinion to say you are .....and if you think you are, i give solutions to help you because depression is in fact the leading cause of stress, deaths, and mental health"
About me and why this post > I'm dealing with.. a biochemical disorder called "Serotonin depression" this type of disorder causes you to have emotions over thoughts, your constantly angry-defensive- out of stress you cry for hours, out of this your body causes it self to become depressed-suicide thoughts-lazy--excuses ets. or actually suicide.
thats why anger is looked at as a symptom for depression - that's why jealousy can cause depression- out of that anger
Understanding*.. depression comes in many different forms.. from Biochemical disorders to being jealous
and Each one carries a different Solution..
Different solutions
You have Overall Solutions.. solution that helps to ease pain for the week times until the depression comes again.
and Specific solution solutions that are made for a specific depression based on your History
Preference likes or dislikes and peer interventions

With all Depression 50% of it is your fault for allowing you self feel sad 50% is everyone else who's contributing , and depending on how bad each symptom (your opinion) is your choice to either take my solution's, or research your own mental illness to help your self based on ones evaluation

*intimidated or angry do you allow your self to get angry.. even the littlest thing will piss you off -to where you start cussing or hitting people .. angry is a substitute for crying but will soon lead to crying

#procrastination or lazy are you constantly making excuses to not to do stuff, or afraid of an out come so,you know that being lazy is the best way out of it.
*Crying or louving (french) does little things or words create tears?, have you ever woken up to find your self crying in sleep (this is more for serious depression)
#*suicide thought you make never i, never commit suicide or attempt to but your scared of death .. you always have suicide thought on the mind as a way to deal with crying..
#confusion do you question everything in doubt.. feeling hope is no more.. this is similar to suicidal thoughts
#defensiveness are you always defensive of what people say .. you use thinking error as a way to get back at people or to hides one self feeling.. you feel weak but hide it from others ..look up thinking errors on Google to get an idea. ex. assuming. uses logic as a way to make an excuse(this is more for serious depression)
#lonesome you feel desperate for love, from a parent or a ,friend but you have doubts about approaching your feelings so you feel alone.
#*self confident or unsatisfactory you feel as if .. your choice in words or the way you dress can affect others opinions .. you feel as if another person is not happy .. your not happy. the person is in controll is not you ... as a result .. you lack self confident .. almost the same as suicidal (this is more for serious depression)
#*falls expression do you hide what you really feel based on what your afraid of what others may thing.. you lack self confident in your self which allows you to create a different personality then what you are at home.
#lieing you lie to your self to to create an excuse to not deal with the problem

Solutions
anti-depressant(questionable solution) you will never recover if you cannot balance your emotions.. one you balance your emotions or feel relaxed allow your self to insight your life history.. the parts where you allowed your self become depressed and the parts where the environment was unstable.. learn from these to try to prevent them... even if it means to avoid the situation by leaving someone during an argument or fight. YOU NEED TO CARE FOR YOURSELF AND GAIN CONFIDENT THEN FACE EVERYONE ELSE( VERY HARD TO DO.. VERY)
(please notify that drugs are only needed for certain depression.. mainly biochemicals or mental ilness. drugs will come side effects. so take caution)
Therapy (specific solution)- if you feel like you cannot talk to anyone i suggest a therapist that you choose out .. therapist allows you to have insight, and hope to correct errors, to regain confidence (care for yourself please) .. *recommended*
talking it out (overall solution) talking to someone that's will listen and will not affect you negatively is a good way to release emotional.
hobbies(overall solution)anything that can take your mind off of the subject running.. music.. porn anything.. even if its watching 2 girls and one cup.. anything.
insight ( specific solution) creating a journal for insight or release of anger. *recommended*
healthy crying (overall solution) crying may be horrible but to make your self cry in a healthy way... is a good way to get rid of suicide thoughts or anger it helps cry.. healthy.
Masturbation ,sex, porn videos ( overall solution)masturbating may seem silly solution but it works .. it helps to release stress and allows you to think.. you regain happiness and you feel good after the orgasm.. and then you sleep with a smile. *recommended*
excursive and hobbies. (overall solution)this is a good way to get rid of unwanted thoughts. *excursive is recommended even if your not depressed*
Friends- laughter-fun you know why most people like to laugh all the time.. it helps to create a feeling of satisfaction of being happy or hanging with friends.. but nothing stupid like smoke gang .. maybe orgy..
and their are more but I've given you the best solution..
