i have these little whitish bumps on my penis( just on it not around) ive never had sex, but they arent really visible unless u stretchthe skin or i have a bonor....any cluew at they are/could be? or if they are normal

really small, less that a mm id say in width, dont pop out much at all barley mm for that too and for some there is hair growing out of it but is it normal to have hair halfway up penis, on underside

yea, people can grow hair part way up the bottom portion of the shaft. those are pubic hair roots, dont worry :P

i find it itchier after i shave them so i did it once or twice out of curiosity but i trim them once in a while

yeah you should try plucking them. it hurts like hell and they don't really seem to come off.
