please spell correctly, it so annoying to see people say "wundering" on purpose
i need more info anyway, does your comp have an AGP slot? PCI-E? or just PCI?
whats your budget? what games do you play?

I guess its PCI. Its either that or AGP. Can I find out without taking off the case?

Nevermind its AGP. Sorry I thought it was PCI. I just thought that cause my comp is kinda old. But what is a good AGP video card?

Well, you need to look up your AGP's speed (4x, 8x ...) Then I can suggest a good card for you.

PCI sucks
Dam do i know it sucks, i forget what card it was exsactly, I remember that it was the best card that ATI had to offer. Anywho, i got this card for chrismas, and dam was i exsited, so I run upstairs get my computer open, and im like SH!T. I don't have a AGP or PCI-E slot. It sucked, i hade to settle for a far less powerful Nivida 5500 PCI card.

I would have gone with an nVidia GeForce 4 series card. The 5 series is far to beta-like and has "fragile" pipelines. The 4's perform a little bit better in some aspects anyway :P

i really want to get a new computer and customize it. mines like 5 years old and the only thing ive done to make it better is get a new video card and a new hard drive like last year when the old one was just like one completely huge virus.

I cannot guarantee the stability or the performance of this card because it's ATi, but I do believe it's a fairly decent card for AGP 4x.

ive been running an ati rage 128 and an ati all in wonder 128 for a few years. granted each car only has 32 mb of video but it does have a 350 mghtz proc on their. they used to run all of my games untill CS source came out and until i got into unreal tournament. but the ati rage series is rather in expensive and from my expierience rather reliable

Heh, I made a big jump from internal graphics to nVidia GeForce 6600GT. I really needed it because of Unreal Tournament 2004, but everything else looks so much better, so I'm not complaining :D
