Emotional damage is far harder to deal with and much longer term than physical, which is why continued bullying can be very hurtful so yes, it is abuse.

Yeah, I think any form of bullying is serious abuse. It can really mess people up. Even abit of name calling can do damage to peoples esteem and stuff.

First of all the bully is a person that normally had an emotional problem that make him behave that way. Second the victim can be harm emotionally and physically. So it's recommended, depending in each case, that both look for help. So yes, it is abuse..

It is a form of abuse but like other forms of abuse it is on a continuum. Some bullying experiences are milder than others, while some are more serious than others.

First of all the bully is a person that normally had an emotional problem that make him behave that way.Care to back that claim up with something?

Emotional problem? They have a problem with human nature, with people being who they are. I remember in 5th grade i tried to fit in, and i came home with a stomach full of bruises and cried myself to sleep. What kind of emotional problem could possibly cause any human being to act so cruel?

Yes, the severity of the abuse depending of the severity of the bullying.
But yes, most definitely bullying = abuse.
If it isn't abuse, it isn't bullying.

Absolutely. Bullying makes people upset and emotionally (and maybe even physically) hurt and so it is abusive. I fail to understand why people bother to do it but some peoples' brains are simply warped in that sense.

Bullying = abuse

It's true that some, if not most, bullies do have self-esteem issues and therefore try to dominate others. But that's not an excuse.
