i am extremely underweight, and i gain/lose weight very slowly. that means if i get fat, im screwed.

my mom is the same way, same with her dad. my other grandpa is also like that. but, there are a lot of people in my family with obesity problems.

It seems like i'll stay thin forever, but if the high metabolism will go away, i would like a warning before i get careless lol.

for info, i don't exercise, i use the computer all day, i eat good food (a lot of good food), and i weigh about 90 pounds (im 13)

Generally those who are younger have a higher metabolism but as you age it tends to slow down. If you exercise then you increase it and the increase lasts a bit after exercising also. You could try some exercise simply because it can make you feel better, possibly help you gain some weight, etc... . But right now, I wouldn't panic over it.
