Totally normal. When you're not far into puberty, the sement tends to dribble out. Your friend is normal too, he's just farther than you.

My friend can't be further than me, firstly he doesn't have anywhere near as much hair as i have, his voice isn't as deep, and he hasn't grown as much as i have. Does it just mean people progress further in certain areas?
