Xbox360 Disc Tray

Okay, well, I think my xbox360 disc tray has broken(again), and I do not want to call 1-800-4-my-xbox and get someone who doesn't know English well..
So, I'm just wondering, does anyone know how to fix a disc tray without taking apart the 360 to where it will read my games. On my last Xbox Rock Band broke it, now on my second one, Rock Band 2 broke it.. -.-

Just dont call the line up, use the repair services online, I did that and they fixed my xbox in under a week, without me having to speak to a person once.

But Rock Band is fun. :P
But, um, it wont read a disc is broken. I Sent an e-mail to Xbox Support, and I realized that I can print the shipping label, but I don't want to wait two-weeks because I'll be bored x10, but I don't want to dis-assemble it.
