I am experiencing a kind of pain in my one nipple. it feels as if ive been wearing a tight fitting shirt without a bra and the fabric has been rubbing it. does anyone know what could be causing this? its really odd. should i be worried?

thing like that allways happend its nothing to be worried about/ because its just like you said. It the fabric that doing it and if you have been iching it or Sqweezing it you would continue in doing it.
