its not wise asking people to come to you.. why don't you go to people who you trust and know wouldn't mess around and abuse rights

i strongly suggest you take time and choose wisely, picking people who come to you only ends in lack of admin/mod support ..

I will choose carefully. So far, the people that are interested are or have been moderators of VT and other Teen forums. They are people that I would trust to help me with a new site.

Stealth this isn't the best way to go about looking for staff. It's best you gain members first then build one from them, so you can get to know how they post, how they interact with others, and if they truly have modding abilities. Anyone can lie about what kind of credentials they have but eventually everyone show's their real selves.

Indeed. People /can/ lie.
Unless they can post current links to sites where they currently Mod/Admin. Then he can be sure of their credentials.

If need be. I can overide their access and turn their account off. So i think its OK. I trust the people who are helping me.
