i think im schizotypal

i think i may be schizotypal because i am always hearing voices..and ill yell to my mom because i hear my name and she'll be like "um kim i didn't say your name"

i also sometimes can't tell if im in a dream or reality

one time i had this "dream" (i dont know if it was a dream) that a bear came in my room and told me to get out...(i know it's funny but true) i was younger at the time and didn't sleep in my room for like a month.

sometimes i might have a dream (or real) and i'll be like "mom don't you remember you were there, and dad, grandma, grandpa, and thomas (my brother)" and my mom will just be like "no i think you were dreaming"

i have no clue help please

Sounds like you might have it. Don't worry its not as bad as it seems. You should see a doctor to talk about meds that might help you.

Josh is right. If you ever suffer any hallucinations such as hearing voices you should consult as soon as you can.

Seriously, the sooner these things get sorted, the better you will be. No one will pass judgement on you, and although you might feel it embarassing, you'll soon find that mental health is just the same as physical health, it needs to be treated if it's not working correctly.
